Rena Boroditsky

Rena Boroditsky is the Executive Director of Chesed Shel Emes, the non-profit Jewish funeral chapel and Chevrah Kadisha in Winnipeg, Canada.  For nineteen years, she has been a both student and teacher of end-of-life Jewish rituals. Rena  is an experienced Tahara trainer and has travelled in the US and Canada as a facilitator for both new and existing Chevra Kadisha groups.

She has developed and presented educational sessions at Limmud events in both the US and Canada, and is a founding member of Limmud Winnipeg.  In 2014 Rena, launched Death Cafe Winnipeg as a project of Chesed Shel Emes.  Rena is an active Board member of  Kavod v 'Nichum , and has been a lecturer in, and is a graduate of the Gamliel Institute.
