Ian Rabb is the General Manager, Winpark Dorchester Properties Winnipeg with over 5500 properties throughout the city of Winnipeg Winpark Dorchester is a leading firm in the revitalization of housing stock and restoration of apartments. Before his work at Winpark Dorchester Dr. Rabb was a practicing doctor of Optometry in Chicago Illinois.

Dr. Rabb first had the dream of the Aurora Recovery Centre 5 years ago.  After  7 years sober and sitting on the Addictions Foundation Board of Directors in Manitoba Dr. Rabb saw a huge hole in the system that needed to be addressed to ensure fewer people are dying while waiting for help. Dr. Rabb is a highly respected individual that is recognized as an expert in the field,  often contacted by the media

While building the ARC dream Dr. Rabb saw a need for aftercare for people completing additions foundation of Manitoba programming so he founded and established Two Ten Recovery.  Two Ten currently consists of 3 homes (2 male and 1 female) and serves 33 clients at any given time.

Achievements include nomination as a Finalist for the Scotiabank Game changers (celebrating local heroes) in 2012, awarded the Queens Diamond Jubilee medal in 2012, Voice forum chair and participant on the Provincial Meth Task force. He was appointed to the Homelessness Task Force and the Community Advisory Board for The Homelessness Partnering Strategy.
